A.C.I. is a family enterprise dedicated to personalized, one of a kind, high quality material installations, using all available means and methods.

Each project is unique. We utilize all past and current construction, detailing and considering historic, current, and cutting-edge innovative materials means and methods. We have specialized in all types of projects such as one of a kind patented material / installation's, historical replications, unique Roman brick barrel vaulted loggia ceilings, custom marble glass floor or wall murals, mass produced repetitive common installations. Detail being primary to all materials and installations with an open mind for adjustment. This being coupled with knowledge of all phases of building techniques, styles means, and methods. We are a make-it-happen company with the knowledge and experience for all installation types.

Commercial Work

Providing a mix of all type of work from simple repetitive installations, public housing, hospitals, clinics, schools, steam rooms, dormitories, lobbies, hotels etc. We service and maintain existing installations, swimming pools commercial kitchens, and all type of commercial and industrial properties.

High-End Residences

We have a history of high-end custom installation of all types of materials ranging from marble and glass mosaic murals, large format porcelain tile, all stone type, gold plated glass mosaics, and common glaze tile. thru out the years we have performed may installations in the Chicago gold coast area, university of Chicago areas, and the Northshore communities.

We also had the pleasure to have completed Mid & High-rise luxury condominiums and have completed entire build outs of Multi-Unit Bldgs. 33 W. Huron Chicago 67 custom units 737 W Washington Skybridge 220 custom units

Historical Renovations

Replacement / Reproductions of historic properties using period correct materials coupled with old world installation methods or cutting-edge methods when needed. The goal was to have achieved the desired reproductions of the original installations or to inspire a unique period correct illusion of the historic timing.
